South China Coastal Waters

Warnings:
Strong winds in all areas.

Weather Situation:
An easterly airstream is affecting the south China coastal waters.

Tropical Storm Son-Tinh has weakened into a tropical depression. At 9 a.m., Son-Tinh with maximum sustained winds of about 55 kilometres per hour near its centre was located near 19.3 degrees north, 104.5 degrees east. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 10 kilometres per hour towards inland of the northern part of Vietnam and weakening gradually.

East force 5 to 6, force 7 at first.

Moderate to rough seas.
